I did my first conference session yesterday at a Podcamp. It was entitled, “How I Use Social Media to Make Real Money.” It was in the big room, standing room only, and everyone who attended has been so gracious with positive feedback that I really am shocked. I had a presentation I was working on, [...]
Last week I had the good fortune of having a few long conversations with my friend Ron Ploof. He was in town for the Marketing Profs Digital Mixer in Scottsdale.
First off, Ron has often been my goto guy when it comes to bouncing ideas off of in the world of New Media. He’s a smart [...]
In a noted departure from how Techcrunch handles peoples personal ups and downs, ReadWriteWeb announced jobwire today, they are tracking who gets “hired” and highlighting them.

Tim and Emile Bourquin, the guys that put on this conference, are always the most professional and friendly of anyone. [...]
I just went to StartupSchwag.com, and was pleasantly surprised to find myself on the home page. And even more exciting! I’m right next to the star of one of my favorite videos. I posted it a while back, but I’m posting it again below the screenshot.
Hosted on Orange Island in Second Life, the panel was moderated by John Swords, run technically by Jade Lilly, and on the panel with me were, Torrid Midnight, CC Chapman, Stuart Warf & Mackenzie McArdle.
