Moments of SXSW 2008, part 1

by Jeremy Vaught on April 13, 2008

I’m forgetting SXSW faster than I want to, so I’m capturing my memories here before they are gone forever. And admittedly, this could be a lengthy process because things happen that remind me of a moment at SXSW… and that’s when you will see it here. (hopefully)
So first. Might as well talk about [...]

by Jeremy Vaught on February 29, 2008

More RSS email thoughts

by Jeremy Vaught on November 29, 2007

I suppose that the client reader doesn’t have to be full fledged at this point. I could see a halfway service. A site that reads those rss feeds you sign up for, and send the contents to you in an email, and your email gets sent to that site and updates the feed [...]

RSS on the brain, and RSS email

by Jeremy Vaught on November 28, 2007

I’ve been thinking about RSS and it’s uses…
One thing I’ve been thinking about for a couple of years now is RSS email. Clearly I haven’t thought about it enough to figure it all out, but here is the basic outline:
* It is a pull, not a push technology like email
* Instead of [...]
