As far as the camera goes, I have two suggestions. The N97 is a phone, not a camera. And while it is a great device, like my N95, I still desire better cameras. So my two suggestions are a Canon Elph and a Sony Xacti. The Canon takes video and fantastic photos, and Canon's are especially great at low light (ie indoor). The video is not bad at all, but it is an add on to a still frame camera. The Sony Xacti takes photos, and fantastic video. For links to the Sony, see a couple of posts ago. I've had a Canon and loved it. My girlfriend has one and she loves it. I have several friends with Xactis and they love them, in fact, Amazon sent me an email this morning that mine is on the way.

So I would say, do you need FANTASTIC pictures and pretty good video? Pick the Canon. Or do you need FANTASTIC video and pretty good pictures? Pick the Sanyo

Way to go, Jeremy!

Love your final salvo. Brogan's a good act to reach for. And you're Jeremy Vaught. That you stood outside PodCampAZ at the end of two days and gave me a tutor session on the N-95 camera and showed me how to put it up on Qik and Seesmic when you could have just run for the car? That's class.

You care. And you have knowledge. And you like sharing it with people. You're a good guy. And there's room. You be you.

Good idea on the separation between personal and professional blog content. I'm looking forward to reading more!

On that note, can you advise me what still and video camera you'd recommend NOW? My iPhone pics are pitiful at night time on Twitter. And Scoble is hot on the N-97. What do you say? Thanks. Roseann
