Clintus said it was a piece about not making fun others for our awesome weather in the winter, oops :-)
I tried to catch it on later news, but was denied. The sad thing is, it is a horrible video, hehe, certainly not intended but as the most crude. Quickly made, no edits, just shoot it and upload it.
